Getting your label reviewed for regulatory compliance is a simple 4 step process:
1. Start by purchasing one unit of our Label Compliance Review service for one food/supplement product.
Review of one US FDA-regulated product (english only). Up to 10 ingredients max.
If your product has more than 10 ingredients, makes extensive claims such as “organic” or “non-GMO”, or has “free-from” claims such as “gluten-free” or “peanut-free”, etc, then you must purchase our Add-On for Premium Products.
This review shall include:
Evaluation and recommendation of entire label content
Nutrition Facts/Supplement Facts Table
Ingredient Naming
Allergen Statement
Compliant formatting and layout
Country of Origin Statement (where applicable)
FDA Disclaimer
Final written report that outlines specific changes/recommendations for regulatory compliance.
Total of 3 rounds of review to ensure your final artwork is compliant.
2. If your product has more than 10 active dietary ingredients or makes extensive claims such as “Organic”, “Non-GMO”, or makes “free-from” claims such as “peanut-free” or “gluten-free”, please add this additional service for review of your premium product. In certain situations, we reserve the right to determine that this service be added on for complex formulas, claims, or ingredients.
This is an ADD-ON to Label Review - Standard Product for products that:
Has more than 10 dietary (“active”) ingredients.
Makes extensive claims such as “organic”, “non-GMO” or similar claims.
Makes “Free-from” claims such as “gluten-free”, “peanut-free”, “sugar-free”, “allergen-free”, etc.
3. If you have multiple sizes (eg. 60g, 120g, 360g sizes) of the product being reviewed above, please add this service for each subsequent size needing label review (add one for each size).
This is an add-on service providing label review for one (1) additional package size for the same product that has been reviewed under our Standard/Premium label compliance review service
This review shall include:

4. Our standard turn around time is 7-9 business days from the day the project is to start and all documents are received. If you are looking for expedited service, we offer a turnaround time of 1-3 business days from the day the project is to start and all documents are received. Please add this service, one for each label requiring expedited service.
Expedited Turn-Around-Time:
For review of one (1) label: 1-3 business days starting from agreed upon start date and once all documents have been received.
For one (1) consultation session: same day to next day availability. Depending on when the order is placed and given time-zone differences, same-day meetings may not be available.
We pride ourselves on ensuring your product is fully compliant. Once payment is processed, we request specific documents (eg. formula, specifications, etc) and will utilize the documents that you provide for the review.
Our review will assess all* elements of your label from the supplement facts/nutrition facts, to the ingredient statement, allergen statement, feature call-outs, country-of-origin statement and more.
Here’s what will be delivered to you: 1. A detailed list of observations 2. A marked-up label, and when needed, 3. A video walk-through of our recommendations for full regulatory compliance. 4. A final review of your label artwork will be conducted to ensure it goes to print with all the approved changes.
BONUS: An additional round of review will be offered for a limited time (for a total of 3 rounds of review).
