Co-Manufacturer Contract Assessment & Review
Assessment feedback of one (1) contract manufacture. This service will include:
One round of review for one (1) contract (eg. vendor agreement, supplier terms & conditions, GMP agreement) between client and prospective vendor/supplier. This is a review of the contract against quality and compliance-related matters as well as identification of any potential operational/quality issues or liabilities for a client. Do note that while this complements a legal review, we encourage all clients to seek legal counsel to finalize any contracts.
Includes video recording of feedback, recommendations and additional supporting details with real-world examples related to the assessment.
